From the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East Bound:
- Take Exit 53 (Shore Points, Bay Shore)
- Go past the Sagtikos Parkway South and North exits
- Follow the signs for Wicks Road and proceed South (RIGHT) on Wicks Road
- Take the first RIGHT into Suffolk County Community College
- Go past the Guard Shack on the right and you will approach the circular roadway.
- Turn LEFT
- Take the next RIGHT at the Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU) Arena.
- Drive straight along the right side of the Arena. You will go past the Police Academy on the left and the LIU Buildings on the right.
- You will come up to tennis courts where the training facility is located.
From the Long Island Expressway (I-495) West Bound:
- Take Exit 53 onto the North Service Road
- Take the Wicks Road Exit. At the Light at Motor Parkway Turn LEFT
- At the Next Light, Turn LEFT onto Wicks Rd.
- Go under the highway. At the first light, turn RIGHT into Suffolk County CommunityCollege
- Go past the Guard Shack on the right and you will approach the circular roadway.
- Turn LEFT
- Take the next RIGHT at the Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU) Arena
- Drive straight along the right side of the Arena. You will go past the Police Academy on the left and the LIU Buildings on the right.
- You will come up on the tennis courts where the training facility is located.
